Pixie

Pixie is a 15 month old Toggenburg/British Alpine goatling. She is one of my does to start lactating without getting pregnant (maiden milker). From the time I started milking her (November 09), her supply has increased from about 100ml a day to now about 1200ml a day. She has a lovely udder, carried high and firm with good attachment. I think she will develop into a fantastic milker!

When she came to us her colour was chocolate brown (showing the Toggenburg heritage), her colour has darkened to as dark brown as you can get withour being black! (showing the British Alpine heritage.)

She is a lovely litlle doe who enjoys being the boss of everyone else, even if they're bigger than her!
